DOLLARAMA IS HORRIBLE. My friend and I wanted our falangees for back to school and they didn’t have anything in stock. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WAS. They also recommended that I use a recyclable DOLLARAMA bag as my sports bag for school. Pathetic. Dollar Tree, however, has all the essentials AS WELL AS HAVING BETTER TASTING SOY AND OAT MILK THAN DOLLARAMA. Overall, what a shitshow… Dollar Tree could never.

I’ve been there a couple of times and it’s not so bad.its well restocked and the aisles are wide, perfect to fit a person and stroller on the same time( sorry to mention but this is an important issue with many stores, they don’t matter about costumer experience in this particular field). You have to pack with some time because you won’t find a cashier at the front sometimes on non-peak hours. I believe there’s a lack of staff as well , but so far is ok

Staff are nice but they are very understaffed. They always have one cashier and long lines. It's not the cashiers fault because one person can only cash out so many people at a certain speed. It's numbers. They need to be staffed better. If anything it's management trying to save on costs by keeping low staff. You see that happen now a days. Hopefully this is a temporary issue but I feel for the workers because I see people getting rude and impatient when it's not their fault.

Dollarama's getting more things that they can Put $4 On and less lower priced Items they Use to Carry. I walked around the Store not finding things I Needed. Dollartree has some of the Same Betty Crocker Items for $1.25 that Dollarama has for $4.

It's Dollarama, which is still way cheaper for most items than competitive chain stores, No, not a lot costs a dollar any more . But bang for a Buck this store is still good . This location was well stocked.

Most staff unfriendly (smile it won't hurt you) - staff love to stack boxes in the aisle & then won't move out of the way if you need something - heads up folks no sales , no job !!

The two older ladies who work at this location are terrible. They’re miserable with customers and obviously don’t like working here. Me and my young children stood outside in the freezing cold, while they both smoked right outside the entrance and then they were almost annoyed we were there interrupting them. I walked in and right back out. I’ll go somewhere else thanks.
