Tried to look at products here, asked a few times to view some. They refused to show me anything they had in stock. Just printed off a picture. So I left. Too hard to get any of their employees to get out of their chair to do anything.

I have ordered many items through the Ensuite for renovations and for new construction. Jodi is the person I deal with and she has always been very helpful and professional! Everyone there has been great over the years. I appreciate the lovely show room and I feel very inspired whenever I walk through it.

Pressure switch Failed on my water pump less than a year after purchase. Ordered replacement here thinking they would have the same brand name pressure switch to replace, and after shelling out a hundred bucks I assumed this would be a brand name part. Spoiler alert the part they gave me costs $6.00 on amazon. Also we had to add extra fittings as the pump and 6$ pressure switch both had female threads. So if you want to pay $100 for a $6 part this is the place to go. Third party selling is so 1999!

They showed me where to find The manufacture resource I needed to properly reference part numbers. Staff were very knowledge, able and helpful. The customer service was excellent and pricing fair. I highly recommend emco.

Anytime my husband or I have gone here or called it has always been horrible customer service. Some of the employees are rude and lack knowledge on there products. I do not recommend emco to anyone.

Had an issue with my tap, needed a new cartridge. This was my first time ever fixing a tap (husband was in camp, figures) and I was really pleased with the support given to me by Tory, he managed to figure out what brand my tap was by looking at a photo, and then found me the proper cartridge. I then went home and felt super efficient fixing my own tap! ThanksTory!
