Got a mobile order for this location. Pick ups are inside on the counter. I arrive and I’m locked out and it’s very cold and windy. They see me knocking on the window and waving and they ignore me. Eventually they start waving for me to go to the drive through. They want me to get in line behind 9 cars and my food is ready on the counter. Eventually I find a door on the side that they neglected to lock and they look at me like I’m a crazy person when I come in. I get my food and leave and make it halfway home and I realize they forget some of my order. When I eventually got home food was pretty cold. Very poor staff and management tonight. Wont be going back

This Harvey used to be really good when we first moved here 9 years ago then it started to go down hill since COVID. We would order online and always get there early and yet our order burgers are cold and fries are soggy. There’s also time that they don’t even look at what type of toppings is in the order and buns too. Their fries used to be the best in town.

A++ service. Best customer service and freshest food I’ve had from a Harvey’s in quite some time. I’m a return customer and they are efficient, quick, and consistently create great fresh food. Highly recommend!

Always quite friendly and helpful service staff. The food is good with the burger's char broiled flavour setting it a notch above other fast food burgers. Try the donuts. They're fantastic!

My boyfriend ordered burgers from this location last weekend and ended up with food poisoning for three days. At first we didn’t think it was the Harvey’s because he had eaten from a different restaurant the same day. It wasn’t until I ordered a burger and fries last night and woke up this morning with food poisoning too, that it was indeed the food from this Harvey’s. I’m curious to know how many other customers have experienced this lately because my boyfriend’s bad experience happened ONE WEEK prior to mine. Disgusting and will never be returning here.

I love Harvey’s, it’s one of my favourite fast food restaurants ever. Always with the juicy burgers and hot fries, gloriously drenched in cheese and gravy on their poutine. I love using skip to get their food to my door, and their shakes are to die for. 10/10

Got Food poisoning after visiting this location. It was the only thing I ate so I know it was from here. I was violently ill. Stay far away from the chicken burgers here. I’ll never go to a Harvey’s again.

The food is amazing, always fresh. Employees are friendly and the store is always clean. Recommend this location. They also have veggie for halal options as well.
