Been trying for weeks to get ahold of someone for oil supply. After numerous calls I still cant get in touch with a salesman, getting past administration is becoming difficult.

The propane service was fine but their business administration leaves somehing to be desired. After being a customer for years, I cancelled my services as they were no longer required. After returning the rental they gave me a credit balance on my account and then continued to mail me a notice of my credit balance for about a year before I called them to suggest they just pay it out to me as there is no opportunity to use it up. They agreed this made more sense but never actually mailed me my cheque. It's not worth the annoyance to try and explain to them again how a credit works.

I have been with Blue wave for 5 years and getting refills for propane has been a breeze. Place my order on-line and have the delivery made in two or three days? Being they also servicing the oil patch here in Eastern Alberta as well, the service is great. Would recommend to friends and neighbors.

Their service has decreased significantly. I'm at the point of switching providers. I put an order in almost a month ago. Since then, we've been back and forth with complete disorganization and lack of communication on their end to which it's not the first time I've encountered that with them. I've been stressing how low my propane is and that it's getting cold. We were scheduled for Monday or Tuesday. Didn't happen. Then today. Didn't happen. Again, I stressed how low I am in propane and requested a manager contact me. Didn't happen. It's now Friday night and I've run out of heat and power as my generator runs on propane. This is due to their negligence. I'm ready to move on to a different company. Even though they failed to make the delivery, they still managed to charge my credit card seven hundred dollars for a prepaid account that they claim I've always had, but I have never been prepaid.

No gasoline here. Only diesel.

Favoritism at edmonton location. Dispatch picks who does what runs depending on location and road conditions. Very poor work environment . Management will not have drivers back if you get disrespected on a job site. Bluewave Energy does not deserve 5stars lol. After 4 years . What waste of my time and energy in this work environment.

Completely unorganized company. I was put through two interviews and a drug test with the interest of employing me as a driver. Only after these steps were taken, did their HR team ask me about my previous Commercial Driving experience. I described how I noted my lack of two year's worth of driving experience in both interviews, and yet both interviewers moved me forwards in their process. Only after HR asked me about my experience, did they rescind my offer of employment, stating that I did not meet the minimum prerequisite experience as a driver. They not only wasted two weeks of their own time, but two weeks of my time as well.
