Manager doesn't get it. Too much socializing and not concentrating on customers who are spending 20 to $30 at a sitting

Great people, very nice. The food was a 9/10 , and it came out almost immediately. Very clean bathroom as well

They're usually pretty fast at serving. It's always very clean. Everyone is super nice.

Macchiato was burnt. Eggs taste like cleaner and the croissant was raw. I know Dunkin has been going down hill but this is my worst experience yet

That place is horrible i just ordered 50 munchkins assorted and no old fashions. And there is not glaze on any of the donuts, i threw them out, will never go there again

I stop every morning and get the same. It’s hit or miss here… my coffee taste nasty (not sure what the taste is)… munchkins are raw.

This Duncan is hit or miss with their service. I usually get pretty good service but occasionally do get a worker that forgets items from my order or they get overwhelmed and aren't very pleasant. I enjoy stopping here in the drive thru because it's on 104 and convenient on trips to the city. I can't complain much though and will continue to come back as long as the prices allow me because let's be honest, buying anything these days will kill your purse or your wallet or both.

I stop in every morning for a drink and breakfast sandwich. Drinks are great. I 10/10 recommend trying the the strawberry dragon fruit lemonade

Normally I enjoy the coffee but they have been forgetting to add syrups or have a machine down and today I was charged for a latte when I ordered frothed milk with nothing in it. Starbucks charges $3 for a large not $4.49 for a medium. The biscuit bites were cold and seemed undercooked
