I purchased my Jeep Cherokee in 2016 and continue to utilize this dealership for all services.Today, I came in with my anxiety at 100, as my Check Engine light was on. Thank GOD for Bob. He saw that I was on the verge of tears, thus spoke to me one to one, immediately taking charge of the situation. He continued to check in with me, providing updates while I waited. Just got my Jeep back. Needed a new bearing and while it was in, I got it detailed. SUPER happy. My Jeep was filthy and I didn’t have time to spring clean it. Now not only is she running well, but she looks fantastic. Reasonably priced. Really nice people. Easy to deal with. So glad we’ve made the change to this dealership.

The best experience I’ve had at a dealership! Matt Potter was willing to work with me and my specific criteria in a new vehicle. His communication with me was quick and he was completely transparent especially when I lived 4 hours away. The whole process was smooth and organized. 8 hours round trip and I do not regret it. I’ll leave a review although I think they are only posting good reviews.I think this dealership needs to do some staff evaluations and read feedback.My family member was treated so badly and rudely when trying to purchase an expensive truck. None of us will shop at bayside dodge again and we are a dodge family.This guy named Paul will drag this dealership down. If you have problems, leave them at home!!Terrible waste of our time.
