Lee Saunders Flowers

First time receiving flowers from the place for my graduation. I was suppose to recieve orange flowers, a bear with a cap on it and chocolate. Instead, I revieved red flowers, a bear with no cap and chocolate that expired June 1st 2022. Pretty disappointed on such an important and exciting day in my life. I won't personally order anything for myself or others here

I have been visiting Sara at Lee Saunders for a number of years off and on but during the pandemic she has been offering incredible service and the freshest flowers that last for a week or more! Prices are fair the value is excellent! My go to for flowers locally and it's close to the LCBO in case you need some bubbly to go with your lilies!

I was concerned by the low rating (3.7 when I checked on September 12), so I called to buy a birthday arrangement for my mom who lives right next door to Stanley Park Mall, instead of booking online and being unsure about it.My mom absolutely loved her flowers and said the lady who delivered them to her was lovely too, so I'm pretty happy with Lee Saunders Flowers!I do wish the price had been lower ($153) and the delivery fee perhaps waived (like I said, my mom lives about as close as you can get to the mall), but all said, I'm pleased and would recommend Lee Saunders. Thank you!

Exceptional florist shop. I love going here for Roses and bouquets! Florist is just awesome to work with as well. Shes got a swagger to her and it adds to the experience =)

I called to order flowers for my sister and Sarah was just lovely! She was patient and helpful and walking me through the options for what I thought my sister would like. I gave her a lot of leeway to put an arrangement together and she did an absolutely gorgeous one! My sister was thrilled. I would highly recommend this florist and will be using her services again :)

I got some flowers from this location for mothers day for my mum. Gorgeous flowers, very fresh and put together well but not at all what I ordered. I wouldn't base what you are ordering off the pictures that they have on the website. I chose the bundle based on the photos and the description of what flowers were included, ended up picking a gorgeous Lilly, carnations, and white roses, but what arrived today had about two lillys, and no white roses, definitely was not as full as the photo online and very little greenery. I did pick one with a butterfly glass design case but ended up getting a call before they arrived that the vase was sold out and a clear glass one was the one they had, still nice but not as appealing to the eye and not what I paid for in particular. Still great quality flowers but for $100 I wouldn't necessarily chose from here again for such a small amount of flowers.

Always the freshest and most beautiful flowers. They really go above and beyond to make sure that the colours and arrangements are perfect for the occasion. The Mother’s Day bouquets we ordered earlier this year were flawless and lasted for weeks. This weekend I popped in looking for a pre-made bouquet, but the owner made one fresh right then and there. They made our grandma tear up at how beautiful they were - completely made her day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I had great friendly service from Kelly and the owner Sarah (original owner).She has a large variety of fresh flowers and was very helpful in arranging two great looking bouquets for me.Previous complaints were from online orders, but I can absolutely say that I had nothing but an excellent positive experience and customer service from actually visiting the shop.Will be returning next time I need more
