Kettle Creek Conservation Authority
Booked a 3 day weekend, gave over week notice for cancellation due to emergency. Was still advised by both reserve north america (software) and over the phone Lake Whittaker that I was still required to pay the mandatory transaction fee" of $27 which they took out of my refund. Will not reserve again with so many other options. Don't recomend booking with anyone suing reserve north america software as a result either.Was going to book Sept 13- 18th but wont be booking now."
