3 stars as they were good over the years. Had to switch to progressives horrible they tried to assist once but didn't help called back a few times received text about follow up calls but never received them. I know have a brand new pair of glasses that sit in the drawer an went back to my pair from 3years ago. Be waiting til my benefits renew. With benefits an out of pocket I paid on top hesitant to go back

Stopped being a customer when they tried to charge me almost 1000 dollars for a simple prescription. Their eyeglass prices are ridiculous. Save your money and go to the Walmart Vision Center, they are wonderful people and their prices are much cheaper and you get quality eyewear. You are welcome.

This was my first visit to an optometrist in Chatham. This Optometrist is so nice and respectful. He was very thorough with my eye exam, which I really appreciated. He gave me an eyeglasses prescription and it ended up being exactly precise evidently because I don't remember ever seeing this clearly and sharply with any glasses presciption I've had before, elsewhere. I have astigmatism and it makes it a bit difficult to get the precise prescription. Dr. Oliphant took the time to get the exact axis and measurements and it ended up perfect!! I am so happy!

I have been seeing Dr Oliphant for about 15 years. He had always taken his time to give me a thorough exam and answer all my questions and concerns. His staff is friendly and always ready to assist me in making appointments or choosing frames.
