I had a very nice experience here - Yen was so helpful! All the staff were friendly but Yen went above and beyond. She was very patient and assisted me in finding the proper sizes, helped with fitting etc and offered great advice. The store was very tidy.

Super amazing store for every lady. They did my bra size fitting and gave me my actual size, felt soo good. And didn't mind spending $$$, totally WORTH IT! Would definitely recommend and would be going back for sure!

Super rude staff! I work in the mall, and I went in on one of my short breaks to pick up a couple pairs of underwear near the end of the day, and the woman standing behind the cash doodling apparently felt it necessary to roll her eyes at me when I set my purchase on the counter. I wouldn’t recommend buying in store order online or just go to Victoria’s Secret they have the same thing with less attitude

The best customer service I have ever received!! Elisa was sooo extremely helpful, relatable and honestly just a genuinely awesome person! She helped my friend and I find everything we needed made sure that we were happy with everything and is definitely one of the best staff members there!! You never get that level of customer service anymore but when we walked out of the store we were extremely happy! Adrianna was also amazing and made sure that we knew about all the deals. You two rock!!!

I came in a couple days ago with my girlfriend. A girl named Cindy helped her out immediately, offering her help with sizing and overall being incredibly friendly and helpful. She showed me around to all the options and sales which was super useful. We ended up buying a bunch of stuff for my girlfriend, and the experience was so good - we will definitely be back the next time she needs something.

I was in there yesterday to exchange a few purchases. I asked one of the employees to help figure out if what I was trying on was a good fit since I wasn’t sure.She walked me through everything and was so nice and respectful during the entire process!Ladies on cash and floor were all super sweet as well :)
