The lady name Mona in the front desk is very friendly and polite and always try her best to give a good customer service.And the lady who did my ultrasound on Tuesday (I forgot her name) was very nice too. Thank you both so much.

We booked an appointment for Saturday and they cancelled our appointment a day before because their machines were not working. They rescheduled us for Tuesday at 5:30 and now they called again trying to reschedule for the following Thursday. My wife is a healthcare worker and has only certain days off. This is very unprofessional. I recommend going elsewhere if you are a working professional and value your time.

Fast and efficient. The radiologist was kind. The receptionist was patient. The nurse who directed me to a room was also accommodating. I was taken care of professionally and am glad that there are still places that treat patients are people not numbers or stats.

This lab is unprofessional, unethical. I had a discrimination as a woman. I was on time and first for ultrasound but a receptionist invited man who came after me. She didn't explained or excused for this. Seat and wait as long as it takes. Folks, do not book appt's in here, you'll upset a lot like me.

Never get ultrasound done here! I went to get my ultrasound done here today and the technician was so rude. I was 12 mins late and there was no patient except me to get the ultrasound done and they behaved as if there’s a huge lineup. They didn’t allow my husband inside as it’s our first ultrasound and they clearly should’ve. I refused to do the transvaginal ultrasound and the technician could see the sac from the abdominal ultrasound but she dismissed the scanning by saying oh u are not allowing me to see from inside and u are so late i will reschedule u for next Tuesday.Very very unprofessional ultrasound technician

Their website says they open at 8am, google says 9:30 but guess what... THEY OPEN AT 9!!!!Worst service ever! Avoid the stress and go somewhere else. It's not personal at all... they really provide a very poor service
