The staff were incredibly accommodating, informative, and kind! Our little puppy had an emergency, and they were the closest vet to my area. After giving them a call and informing the situation, not only did they accommodate our needs, but they also eased our minds and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. Although the vet was closed, I was relieved to hear they were passionate about their work in wanting to help our puppy. I was so thankful for their help and would certainly recommend to ant future patients!

I have had nothing but positive experiences here for my two Senior Dogs. Everything recommended by Dr Chishti regarding their care has been effective. One of my dogs, Dolce, recently had a dental cleaning and a tooth extraction with Dr Chishti. Dolce came out with a wagging tail (and fresher breath). Nicole has always been kind as well to my dogs and easy to talk to. I trust my pets in their care. Thank you!

Brought my puppy here twice for shots. It’s been only a positive experience with the staff and veterinarian here. I have had bad experiences with other vet hospitals with my other dog so I’m very cautious now. The veterinarian spent more time with me going over all questions, concerns thoroughly. He is kind, compassionate and listens well. I will be transferring my other dog to this vet as well as I’m very pleased with the vet, the staff and how our puppy is being treated. We will be going back in one month to get the rest of my puppy’s shots. I find this clinic to be open and honest with there pricing which I appreciate as well. I also like their flexibility in scheduling.

I just wanna say this would be the clinic that I recommend. I took my cat to another clinic to see his urinary issue where the clinic just took the x-ray and suggested me to do a 2000 dollar surgery for my cat, without doing any test or treatment. I went back here to see put regular doctor, and he just helped us to resolve the problem in the most convenient and efficient way to treat our cat. doctor C here is very considerate and caring for the animals not like any other vet which is they care more about making money but not the best solution for the family. So if you are looking for a vet this is where you would have the best experience.

We've had an excellent experience each time we've visited the clinic with our cats! Dr. Chishti and his team have been caring and compassionate with us and our pets. Dr. Chishti's competence and expertise helped us with an early diagnosis of a cyst and tumor in our cat. Out cat Callie was also groomed by the groomer at the clinic and we're very happy with the level of care and expertise used by the groomer. I have been going to Dr. Chishti for my cat Toby for some time now and have never been happier. Dr. Chishti and his staff are very friendly and always take care of my anxious cat. My senior cat has had an infection and required immediate assistance which Dr. Chishti accommodated for right away and I was able to bring Toby in. Could not recommend him and his clinic any more!

Very happy with Dr.Chishti. I have been taking my dog Haven here since she was a puppy and she loves him. He’s great with large breed dogs and I like that he still has Covid protocols in place so that the waiting room isn’t crowded with people. I see bad reviews on his page and it’s so sad. He’s very open with next steps and possible solutions. Vet fees are expensive yes but he has always given me different options to make sure my baby is okay. The staff is also very friendly and they always check in after I bring her in. Thank you to everyone at Eglinton Mavis.

We adopted last year, a dog from Saudi Arabia, and she had recurrent UTIs for months that our regular vet was unable to treat effectively or identify the cause of. One visit, at Dr. Chisti's vet clinic and we have a new treatment plan and diagnostic options that make sense given River's history. The staff is also beyond friendly and caring, adapting quickly to River's needs (she has no use of her back legs). They are extremely accommodating as we are 90 minutes from where the clinic is located. Thank you for the excellent care!

We had an excellent experience at this clinic. Office management and the doctor were very kind and professional. Here is a summary of our experience:Our cat stopped eating and drinking and eventually he turned lethargic. We called so many clinics to get an appointment but we weren't able to find one. Luckily we called Dr. Chishti's clinic and they were so kind enough to see our cat. He diagnosed high fever, dehydrated and respiratory infection.Our cat was in serious condition and required emergency treatment at that time.The doctor and the office staff went an extra mile to provide the necessary medical treatment to our cat right away.Dr.Chishti made sure we were 100% satisfied before we left.
