I am sorry that I do not recommend this place. The most important thing of the dental clinic is the skill of the dentist. Yes, the space and people are nice but if the dentist cannot finish her work well then what is the point of bright interior of the clinic?During the root canal procedure, a piece of the equipment remains my tooth. It is absolutely not a good experience.Actually, very first time there was no infection in the tooth, but somehow after she did filling the tooth and there was no x-ray at all. A month later, she said you need a root canal treatment because ther is one nerve alive" however she couldn't finish that and said the equipment is broken. I never thought it remains my tooth. If I knew that I wouldn't wait so long to see a endodontist. Of course

I am normally VERY apprehensive about visits to the dentist due to a traumatic experience as a child. I joke that I'd rather shoot a staple gun into the palm of my hand than visit the dentist.Those days are gone! My first visit, even though I had major work done, was terrific! Dr. Lacelle and her staff were terrific, performing the work quickly and efficiently but without feeling rushed. I also opted for the nitrous oxide, which I've never had before. It GREATLY reduced any anxiety that I had without feeling loopy" or "spaced out"

Great dental office! Nice friendly staff! Very happy with my cleaning! My husband had some dental work done and said Brigitte was very gentle and made it pain free! Would highly recommend!

This was my first time seeing Dr Lacelle, and I gotta say that it was easily the simplest, most comfortable dental experience I've ever had. She extracted two teeth for me, and has a plan in mind for follow up work, and I can't wait to go back to get it done. In exactly one visit my anxiety of going back to the dentist has gone away.The support staff is amazing as well. Got me in as a last minute thing as I couldn't wait any longer, and didn't make me feel like it was any issue at all. Super friendly. Super helpful. Took care of everything I needed and I walked out glad that I walked in.Thank you to all of you there for an actual good visit to the dentist.

I feel they have the highest standard of how important teeth are and want everyone to have the ability to take care of their teeth by offering a calming, cozy, friendly, and affordable dental experience done to perfection. If I could give 10 stars I would! The dental work is done to perfection. When you walk in, they all know you and always have a chat to see how you are doing. It’s all very calming. If you have anxiety going to the dentist, I highly recommend you go here. I had an excellent nap in the dental chair while my teeth were being taken care of. I’ve been going to Brightside Dental since I was a kid. Eunice Janzen was the dentist before and now Brigitte Lacelle is the dentist and she is as amazing as Eunice. I’ve never had a bad experience, there were times that I could not pay as the payday was on a different day, they understood and let me e-transfer on a different day.

I just received a charge of $747 for a cleaning for me and my husband! We were charged $119 each only for just looking in our mouth! $190 for the cleaning and the rest exams (only for my husband). They didn’t use any machine! Everything was manual. I was asked to reschedule for another day as they couldn’t finish the same day.I my opinion toooo expensive. I was not informed about the charges I just looked at my insurance account. I was surprised with all this good reviews and I was really happy to have a such a nice dental close to my house but not happy at all at the end! You just lost 2 customers.

I went to a Different Dentist (not Brightside) about 5 years ago i had minor damage on the front of a tooth (which i thought was a cavity). There was no pain from it. The dentist claimed it was a cavity and pointed out some other stains on teeth and claimed they were cavities and asked if he should fixed those. I told him i'd wait on those. The experience with him was extremely painful. He injected me with the numbing stuff and that hurt and it didn't seem to numb anything either. He drilled away a large amount of my tooth and put in a filling that looked terrible and it fell out in 3-4 weeks. my tooth was way worse than before. It still didn't hurt at all and its 4 teeth back from the front so i left it i didn't want him to drill anymore of my tooth away. I basically gave up on dentistry at that point. 5 years later it started to bother me and so i found a different dentist expecting just to get her to pull it out. She fixed it, and the experience was great there was no pain at all. She lightly cleaned it without removing much of the tooth and put in a filling that you can't even tell its a filling. We aren't sure it will work because of the other damage the other dentist did to my tooth, but she said there is a good chance it will. She convinced my to fix the other minor damage to other teeth and explained the damage wasn't actually cavities it is damage caused by clenching my teeth and said i probably clenched them in a certain direction. She could tell by the damage. I told her i don't think i did that, but but after leaving the dentist i noticed i do have a habit of clenching my teeth in that direction and didn't even realize i was doing it. Dr. Brigitte Lacelle is an amazing Dentist. If you want a Dentist who is going to help you rather than destroy your teeth go to BrightSide Dental Studio.

Love these ladies. Best dental studio I've ever been to. I'd recommend anyone try them out if you need work done.
