Absolutely the Worst Experience Ever. Not Open On Saturday or Sunday ! No Access to Yard on Saturday or Sunday! No RCMP Access to the Lot On Saturday And Sunday !Basically hope you.dont have A Problem with your Car On Saturday or Sunday In Prince George or You'll Basically be completely screwed With Rons Towing If it's The Weekend in Prince George LOL . And I heard they Lit A Jeep On Fire because they took to long to tow it . Watch out !

Passing thru PG on a Weekend when I needed a tow to a diesel repair facility. Company was selected by CAA, so I can’t comment on price, but I did have encounters with two of their drivers (Nicholas and Brandon) and I was very happy with their competency and professionalism. My rig was heavy, and they provided the right flatbed to accommodate, and used special care to load and unload. Also spoke to their customer service to confirm the 7am arrival time. Highly recommend!

Poor communication skills, they yell at you, accuse you, & slam phones when you ask questions. Had a vehicle on the lot for what was supposed to be 7 days, and the grumpy old lady kept hanging up on an elderly woman. Then when i called to ask questions, she yelled at me some more. It’s been two weeks now, & I’m finally getting access to the vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. Lots of people are making complaints about this poorly care for business.They do not shy away from swearing their heads off at you as well.Now that I have finally got information, they are saying ‘they need RCMP presence for the vehicle to be picked up’ they’re keeping the vehicle to make more money.At 7 days, the bill was 425, now it’s almost $900. They are greedy and unprofessional.

With short notice Ron's delivered! I needed my truck towed from A-B in town. I called shortly after 6 am to arrange for a tow on my daily vehicle to the repair center; I was the first tow when the tilt-deck started at 8 am. He arrived at 7:45 for delivery to my mechanic at his 8 am start. 2 thumbs up from me. Thank you Ron's! You are the only tow service I've ever used (thankfully only occasionally).

The service was Great and Buddy got there 30 minutes earlier then they said! CAA DID GREAT at the Prince George Home Depot! Definitely 5 Star service! Fast efficient service! Keep up the Great Job!

Got stuck in deep snow out by the airport around 11 pm. Wife had already called a competitor but hung up in the middle of all of his complaining. Called NC around midnight and had a short and pleasant exchange with the dispatcher, gave directions and the truck arrived to the minute of the promised time. Nicholas was friendly and helpful. He got right to work, had us on the road in minutes, and the price was fair. Service from these guys turned the whole night around. Thank you so much!!!

Best customer service and always willing to be helpful, definitely the best towing company in Prince George, has helped me out a handful of times and there’s never been any issues!

Terrible experience last night with this company. my truck’s starter went and i was stranded by myself, a young female, in a parking lot at dark. tow truck was set to arrive at 7:30pm when i called them around 5. I would call every hour or so just to check the eta. The woman i talked to at ron’s towing was very nice on letting me know where the tow truck was and what job he was finishing, even offered to call me before the tow truck comes. 7:30 came around and i still didn’t receive a call, so i called back. the lady said “it should be there within the next hour”. an hour later, still no truck truck. i call again, “should be within an hour”. this process went on for 4 more hours. I was finally able to get a hold of a family member who came to my location and waited with me. When i called around 10:30pm, a man answered the phone and told me the same thing “should be within an hour” at this point i was furious and scared. Apparently ron’s towing had responded to a 911 call that needed a tow truck for an impound. It’s crazy how police calls come before their customers who wait countless hours just so ron’s towing can get more money for an impound fee. The driver was super nice to me and apologized for it being so late, i knew it was not his fault. I’ve also dealt with the same driver previously back in the summer. I do not have a problem with the people who work at ron’s towing, but more so the policy this company has for putting impound calls before my own when i was next in line. Thank you to the driver for being so understanding, and then woman i talked to for being so patient when i was calling for an eta. they are the reason i put 2 stars and not 1. Ron’s towing policy needs to be fixed as this situation was stressful enough as it is, and the company’s rules made it 10 times worse. In total, i waited 7 hours. 5 of those hours being alone after dark. So absurd to me that my safety was put last from this company’s policy. Please do better on either hiring more drivers, actually giving a proper eta, and putting customers first before money.

Can't accept payments. They showed up an hour late, and could not take payment. wouldn't accept cash, or debit. They also wouldn't accept a 85% down payment in cash either considering they had no change or a working debit machine. When I called again they said it was my fault and wanted to charge me for their time. Terrible company.
