I rented one of their property in Oshawa. Even after reading all negative reviews on google, I thought of giving it a try. I even confronted him with regards to the review, Roger said that only people with no Job will leave review. I should taken the decision of not renting at that moment itself.They gave us so much of problems1. Provided our door keys to others and they illegally entered our place multiple times. Roger entered the unit without prior notice and not even without ringing the bell using his copy of the key.2. He didnt give our key deposit back even after handing over the keys and unit in a very good condition.3. He is creating new things as outstanding" to avoid paying my key deposit. He inspected the house before we vacated the house

Impossible to deal with. Asked for a maintenance the giy said....if you don't like the place fimd something else. Bye bye. Have a nice day.Thank you Mr. for all you did. And yeah I am not jobless. I specially spared my precious time to review about you and your services.
