The best service by far. I can’t praise enough. Bought treadmill 2 years ago. Awesome service and went back and bought rowing machine. Such amazing service and above all, honesty. No b.s to get a sale. Will recommend only this location to family and friends

I've been coming here for the past 5 (nearing 6) years for all of our fitness equipment needs. Not just because of the price, but their customer service provided by their staff is impeccable. I've had the privilege of generally working with James most of the time, and have recently starting working with Patrick at the front. They're knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and don't try to upsell you on anything. They're very transparent with their prices, stocking time frames, and give you solid advice when comparing different products. Flaman Management, your best assets are your customer service team (James and more recently Patrick). Thank you for always creating a solid experience for your community!

I worked with Flaman to upgrade my strata’s communal gym. From starting the planning process to delivery, Flaman was excellent. I worked closely with the manager, James, who was super helpful and knowledgeable. It made the whole project go super smoothly, would highly recommend!

Unbelievable customer service! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but I HAD to this time. James at Flaman Fitness in Langley, not only helped us acquire our home gym, he called around and personally picked up the add ons I wanted from another store! Then, to top it off, with only two days to Christmas, he rounded up a delivery man ( Magnus) that was willing to come on Christmas Eve to install everything.! With the recent gym closures, we are so happy that Flaman fitness, and James allowed us to not miss a beat in our fitness goals.Highly recommend this store!!!

Huge shoutout to James for helping me choose my adjustable dumbbells. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful while answering my many questions. Even after all that he wasn't pushy at all to make a quick sale and ensure I was completely satisfied. After ordering the Nuobells, he kept me updated on the order progress and gave me an ETA on when to pick up. I will be coming back for sure when I expand my home gym!

The product selection is second to none, they have everything a small gym & commercial gym could ask for. In addition to that, the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick is always able to help consult me on what products to by and how I can get the most out of my purchases.I highly recommend Flaman Fitness to anything who is looking to buy a few weights for at home or outfit a gym.

Rob M. was an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him for any of your commercial gym needs! I purchased our office's gym equipment through Rob, and after clearly outlining our budget, Rob was able to assist me in building a functional and outstanding office fitness center within a totally reasonable price range.Additionally, Rob even went above and beyond rearranging the gym so it had a more functional layout. Had a great experience at flaman, dealing with Nathaniel on more than one occasion. Very friendly and professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He pointed me in the right direction regarding paddle boards and I’m very pleased with his suggestions! A great, worthwhile purchase and he helped me find just what I was looking for and then some.
