Short wait time, attentive and thorough doctor, friendly and accomodating pharmacy staff. Best walk in clinic experience I've had in a while!

This is an excellent pharmacy and clinic that West Galt is extremely lucky to have. This location is clean, spacious and I have had no problems with getting a same day appointment. Dr. Al-Shami is very personable, thorough and approachable which is so refreshing. The pharmacist Veronica is absolutely lovely and has been helpful with any questions and follow-up. I have moved my prescriptions to be filled here moving forward. Overall, a great experience, I am very happy to give them my business and highly recommend!

Great doctor and experienced staff. Feel very comfortable bringing my young children here. Very convenient and helpful pharmacy attached. However, I could never give 5 stars without support nurses working/employed.

I think this place is absolutely top notch. Every single person in here is so kind and friendly, and actually helpful. I’ve been at Grandview since I was a baby but getting in the same week is really impossible and most of the time they just make you feel bad. I came here for an ear infection in December, and then again this week after I had a ligament basically fall off my knuckle and go into my palm. In December my own doctors clinic would only see me in 2 weeks for a virtual visit, but my ears were so bad and it was Christmas so I came here for the first time. He looked in my ears and asked what I’d usually be given as I said I get chronic ear infections and I said drops. He informed me how my ear infection was in my drums and not my canals and that I need antibiotics for it to actually go away. This entire time it just never went away because they were treating my canals instead. He gave me both to be safe. I was blown away. Then Thursday I came in for my hand and it was during the day and I had no wait time whatsoever. The doctor was again really nice, we talked about how I’m a lash artist so I have repetitive strain injuries and he said it’s most likely due to that but to be safe I’m going to give you a requisition for ultrasound and x-rays for your hand, wrist and elbow, wrote me some scripts and then requisitions for massage and physio. I didn’t even have to ask. He then went and asked if the physiotherapist could see me, and she took me within 3 minutes. The pharmacist owner is great too. I think their system is wonderful, everyone really just wants to help you. I’ve been in and out of hospitals and doctors for the last 3 months with a lot of random issues that turned out to be due to some serious rare medication side effects, and not one of them has treated me with dignity in any way, but when I leave this place I actually feel like they want to help and that they care about you. I always recommend this place to my own clients who are having difficulties with their own clinics. I think this is a really great place to go when you need it!

Very well maintained clinic. Visited as a walk in and took around 30-45 mins to get down with consultation. Staff is very helpful and polite. Doctor is also very knowledgeable.

Took my grand daughter there yesterday.Fantastic experienceDoctor was compassionate and patience was never rushed all questions answered.This is definitely my family's go to clinic.Pharmacist is also great medication dispensed and totally explained in detail to us. Transferred my own prescriptions to that pharmacy on the spotKeep up the great work guys I'm sure you're going to be successful with the customer service you provide.

Bit hard to figure out where to go, missing signage from parking lot side, but everything else was excellent! Short wait time, friendly staff, clean open area with lots of natural light. Doctor was kind, thorough, and made me feel cared for. I didn't feel rushed at all. The four prescriptions took only 5 minutes to fill by the helpful pharmacists, and I was on my way back to bed! (As an aside; 100 × better than CMH for urgent care)

First time coming in and it was a good experience. Doctor was smart, helpful and explained everything to me after checking my condition. He prescribed me with many medications for certain situation I was going through. All this waiting and picking up my prescription from pharmacy was done in an hour. I would definitely recommend this clinic. This will be my go to walk in clinic from now on.

My daughters own doctor is close to impossible to get into and when we do they decide nothing is wrong with her. I was able to get in and out of the walk in clinic in less than 2 hours, they even gave me the option to leave and come back, holding my place in line. I finally got an actual diagnoses and prescription for my child and everyone was kind and helpful.
