La Tour Lafontaine - CLV Group

I am renting an apartment with CLV Group, at Tour Lafontaine. they're amazing they took care of everything from the application to the approval to fixing anything that needs to be fixed in my unit. the building amenities are always clean and regularly being cleaned every week, the common areas, the pool, the gym, etc are all great areas. the personnel is very caring of us residents

Clv group is and amazing company! We talked to Annamaria B, who was super helpful,kind and fast answering all of our questions and helped us through the process entire process from finding our new apartment to getting everything ready for us. Their buildings are very clean and pet friendly.

Service requests are answered quickly but other than that, their « emergency phone line » which is supposed to be a perk you pay for in the building, has never picked up the phone once. You could have a gas leak or a clogged toilet and it may take over a week to get it fixed because nobody answers the 24/7 emergency maintenance phone line. I have called at least 5 times in my time here (during the day, either at 10AM or 2PM), not once have they answered… gym is not properly maintained and just 50% of the machines have worked since the beginning of my lease. Feels like the gym room is just for show. Saunas are just there so that they can check off a box that says they have saunas. It doesn’t heat up to nearly as hot as it should - basically just a small room with heater on max. The only fully functioning amenity you will get by living here is a (kind of) warm pool. Our experience here would be a lot better if their emergency line actually worked and someone answered the phone to solve urgent maintenance issues (electricity stops working , clogged bathroom, gas leak etc…). Also, water in the building is dirty to the point where it looks like milk when poured into a glass with no filter. Too bad as there’s a lot of potential for this building to actually deliver on what’s advertised.

I've just rented an apartment with CLV Group and got lucky to deal with Kayla Laderoute which was so nice, attentive and clear about every doubt I had. The process was fast, simple and I felt secure the whole time dealing with them. I strongly recommend CLV, especially Kayla!

It was a great experience to find my apartment. Olivia Gatti made sure everything was good for me. The communication was great she was able to answer all my questions and she was available when I needed her help.

To be completely honest, I’ve had a terrible experience in the early stage with the process of moving in and getting everything done, lots of mistakes were made but we were lucky to have Anna-Maria B. take care of us and fix everything with a lot of compassion and good faith. Thanks to her, we are now very happy of our experience at la tour Lafontaine and we just love it! Thanks Anna-Maria!

Great experience so far! Thanks to Laher Kabir.We are a couple of expats coming with work and study permits. The whole process of moving is very stressful, but we were very lucky to get a competent agent that helped us through all the steps (known and unknown) to get our lease in Montreal. We hope that the rest of our stay will be as pleasant of an experience.

Robin was extremely helpfull in guiding me through the process of getting the flat. I'm coming to Montreal from abroad and it was a bit of a challenge but he made it as smooth as possible starting from the virtual tour and finishing with some financial aspects.I'm looking forward to moving into the flat now.

Great service, the staff are EXCELLENT super nice, they fix things right away. the building is clean, the gym is the best I've seen of all the buildings on Sherbrooke Est.We are very happy here.We did have bedbugs and they had a man come the same day we told them. He did return 4 times on our request (not needed just cautious).Seriously, best experience ever as a renter.
