He has an excellent understanding of an active and sports related lifestyle and offers personalized advice based on your body and any concerns you may have. He is very friendly and makes the entire process seamlessly comfortable from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. Can say enough. Emanuel is a very tough masseuse. For myself I have a lot of muscle issues. Been to many other masseuse have been to gentle. Emanuel can give one heck of a deep tissue massage. Maybe uncomfortable at the beginning. Buy by the time you walk out the front door I feel like a different person. He get to the problem and get rid of it.So 5 stars

Emanuel has excellent manual dexterity and is able to easily perform the complicated maneuvers required to relieve tight muscles.-My experience here always feels therapeutic with lasting results-He is super strong and is able to apply an intense amount pressure which always feels amazing.-Emanuel has great advice for after care.-Online booking is easy and convenientI highly recommend Manny for those who are looking for deep tissue and not a light touch

Best massage I have ever had. Pressure was amazing, he assessed the problem areas and reviewed home care at the end of the appointment. You can tell Manny really cares about his clients and their over health goals.

Finding a compatible RMT was challenging. Manny is attentive to my body and my needs. He listens well and adapts pressure accordingly.Since I first started seeing Manny my tolerance was low and I was seeking relaxation. I am more active and exercise regularly now and my needs have changed. Manny has adapted with me; my treatment is more intense, addressing hot spots with deep tissue work. Manny encourages holistic recovery; proper hydration, stretching, supplements, etc in follow up.Lastly, I can peacefully breathe through a session, or I can strike up a conversation and chat through the hour. He creates a comfortable and safe space.I leave each session satisfied and inspired to book again.THANK YOU MANNY!

Emanuel was amazing! I do a lot of physical activity and have a job that is sometimes tough on the body. It was my first time going to see Emanuel and he sure showed me how tight my muscles were! From the assessment at the beginning, the deep tissue massage to his personality/professionalism, everything was amazing !!! Be prepared for the deep tissue part tho, although it hurt at times, it is much needed and I walked out of there feeling fantastic and he even gave me some stretching exercises to do at home! Looking forward to my next visit :)

Manny was great and I was impressed with his attention to detail. Everything from the initial assessment to the end of the session where he provided stretching techniques and answered any other questions I had. He provided a very strong, deep tissue massage which is what I was looking for. If you're looking for someone who specializes in deep tissue and is very professional, book a time with Manny.

I have attended several massage therapy sessions with Emanuel. He is very knowledgeable and easy to get to know. Due to a car accident I have many therapists involved in my healing and have gone through a few massage therapists to get to Manny. I have never had one do such a thorough intake and assessment of gait and body postures etc prior to my initial massage. He always takes the time to hear how I have been between appointments and is up to speed on my file when I arrive. He runs on time. His studio has great energy where he practises in St Thomas. Parking around the area is free. I was impressed from the get go. And to boot...he is very witty and fun. He also consistently allows me time to chat, share where I am at and ease slowly (at my pace) into the new world of Deep Tissue Massage. Well done Manny! You Rock!

I cannot say enough good things about Manny. He is, by far, the best RMT I’ve ever been to. Deep pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable, always give advice on how to help yourself between visits and really makes you feel very comfortable. I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for relief.
