What a great find and a great shop, Josh helped me with everything I wanted and delivered. He's very knowable .... I recommend him highly.

I contacted South Mountain Cycle about an oil change for my bike, unfortunately they were all booked up, but willing to sell me what I needed, and I know immediately this is going to be my shop. Look forward to doing business again.

Josh is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! He keeps his shop very well organized and clean. I would recommend him to anyone who has a motorcycle or atv.

Josh is a stand-up dude. Brought a ebike wheel to have tire and tube replaced, did it quick and charged next to nothing. Highly recommend.

I could write a book on my events for the last couple of days. I'm up here out of Georgia (US) and was supposed to catch a ferry to Newfoundland. Bike broke down on a Sunday and I jump on google to try to salvage my trip. Called and left a message at SMC and never would have thought I would get a call backbut Josh returned my call and come to find out. I was 3 hours from him. He spent the next couple of hours just taking the time to try to help me any way he could. That speaks volumes of what kind of person he is. Turns out I had to have it towed. So the nextmorning off to his shop we went on the back of the tow truck. He pulled my bike right in and proceeded to tear it down and get me going. 5 hours later. I was back on the road. The lord blessed me with a fantastic shop and a fantastic mechanic and owner. I'm 2500 miles from home and was broke down andmissed my ferry to Newfoundland but still had the most blessed day I could ever have. If your local and your not bringing your bike here for Josh to work on. Then something is wrong with you. Thank you Josh and Joe for turning my bad experience into one of the best experiences I could have asked for. SouthMountain Cycles is top shelf and I will be grateful for them for a life time.
