So Lash Law claims they only represent the condo corporation not individual owners? Well who makes up the corporation"? The owners collectively! So Yes

I'm a condo owner at PCC96. We would not recommend this law firm at all. I believe there is a clear conflict of interest between the property manager (Barbara Polis) and her daughter Natalia Polis who is a lawyer for Lash Law. I've requested documents from the BofD and the property management company to show conflict of interest rights were waived by the BofD and owners were sent proper notice at the time their relaionship started in 2015/16 neither party has yet to respond to my written requests. Recently there was a situation at PCC96 which should have been dealt with rather easily via the CAO Tribunal. Instead it was sent to Lash Law at a substantial cost to the owners of PCC96 very unnecessary costs. A financial threat was also made by Lash Law presumably to intimidate owners from speaking up against the property managment company and or the BofD.This didn't work and a letter of apology and retraction from LASH Law was sent out.

Denise Lash is a leader in her industry and operates an excellent boutique condominium law firm. Together with her fantastic group of lawyers, clerks and office staff she has successfully assembled a team that is able to provide insightful and effective legal advise. I have personally had the opportunity to work with Denise and her team and it was nothing short of complete transparency and professional integrity. I would highly recommend Lash Condo Law to anyone who is looking for creative, cost-effective solutions.

I’m actually leaving my old condo to go to a new condo with online voting (thanks to this firm for creating Condo Voting) so there is greater transparency for unit owners & eliminates the need for shady proxy voting that in my opinion can keep condo owners in the dark & keep power to a few. I requested a paid consultation for an issue I was experiencing & although they weren’t able to help me - they referred me to someone who can!
