Excellent service by Paul Davis Restoration. Brian at PD was easy to get a hold of and had followed up often. The team arrived on time and took great care to keep the job clean. Andre was the main contractor on the project and did an excellent job going over and above!! Highly recommended

After the discovery of inches of water in our finished basement, our anxiety level and sense of loss was huge. My first move was to call my insurance agent where I got a live person and the assurance that an emergency team would be in contact quickly. Within 30 minutes, I was called by Brett from Paul Davis, who was friendly, easy-going and reassuring. After his arrival and inspection, he brought in a crew that pulled up the hardwood, carpets and baseboards, clearing all the water and installing massive dehumidifiers and more than a dozen industrial fans. It took mere days to dry out our 2500 sq.ft basement and Brett was in regular communication throughout. I can't say enough good things about Paul Davis and their people. I find it amazing that they could turn a catastrophe into a managble and professional situation that I actually enjoyed. Crazy, but true. 10 out of 10. These guys are the best.

Brett was extremely responsive and very professional. He was patient with us and answered all of our questions. We never had to wait to get a hold of anyone and whenever I left a message he always called back immediately. The work was exceptional and I am extremely happy with the results.

A NIGHTMARE!!! unprofessional, doesn't not respect your home, belongings and time. Several Issues of not showing up to scheduled appointments.
