My tween daughter has been receiving treatment here for the past year. It was our first orthodontist experience and we have been thoroughly welcomed and looked after throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend Ottawa West Orthodontics highly enough :)

I have never loved going to the orthodontist more! As a perfectionist, I struggle feeling heard by doctors, but Dr. Borsuk and her incredible team truly listen. The service is top-notch and their attention to detail is impressive.

Dr Borsuk and her entire team are among the best there is.Both our daughters were met with great professionalism, patience and collegiality. Even when we missed an appointment or a bracket was loose, they were quick to respond, schedule/reschedule accordingly and were diligent with the timelines they provided to us.Their level of customer service cannot be compared. Our girls now have beautiful smiles - thanks to Dr. B and her team.
