Dr's.....the system you have is bad....I always waste like 5 hrs going for a simple visit....you should modernize...we are already with AI and the system is like from last century. Might robots do a better job than receptionist.

I would give 0 star…. 5-6 hour’s of waiting period. Why don’t you guys take all your patients in sequence instead of calling them randomly. They take their regular customer first then others!!! Worst service ever. And yes don’t expect and respect or kindness from staff!! They treat everyone like their slaves! When I asked them that I am waiting here since morning and all other people just come and go cause they are their regular customers, she said that’s why you came here. If you don’t want to wait then leave!!! Such a disrespectful staff!!! I wish I would complain and close this walk in clinic!!! But the doctors are nice. It’s just the entire system and staff!!

Worst clinic I've ever been and went to a better clinic with better staffs. The receptionists are ill mannered. Dr. Atwal seems rushing all the time and could spend as little as 2 minutes.. It seems like quantity matters more than a good quality of service. If you want good service with your health concerns go somewhere else!

I had good experiences with this clinic twice regardless some red flag. Highly recommend Dr David who is kind and caring.the first time I was there so a blood test, some student did it and she tried twice could not get blood - I have very good vine and this has never happened before, I don’t think she know what she is doing, on the 3rd time they have E to change another nurse who did it once for z me in observation room.I also don’t have issue with their receptionist - they are short but they busy I think it is understandable. They seems very reasonable and organized handle large volume.

Receptionist’s were rude and very unprofessional. Definitely no customer service skill. They need retraining and a vacation as they behave/look miserable.

The office sees a very large volume of patients daily. After being turned away by other walk ins I was thankful to have my son seen. I found the staff to be polite and kind but swamped. I think this speaks more to the state of health care in this city and nothing to do with the staff. Doctor was so attentive to my son, put him at ease immediately. Patiently found a suitable antibiotic alternative due to sons allergy. Yes, we waited 1.5 hours but many, many people were seen at this office and all before 11. Thankful to the front line workers that continue to work hard after 2.5 years of Covid.

Awful service…Ladies at the front desk are too rude and not polite…My doctor Rida is a perfect doctor but the receptionists at the front desk are terrible.That is why I will change my family doctor.I do not wish to get medical aid from this clinic anymore.It’s the second time they were rude to me.First time was in last summer and second time was today!!!Try to teach the receptionists at the front desk to be polite and nice to people.

Dr. Rida is the best doctor in town, but the front desk receptionist ladies said so rude!You go in and they don't even want to say Hi to you. They just let you stand there waiting for them to say something how can you register. At least 10 receptionists working in this clinic and they are all rude with people!I don't understand why the management hiring people like them... they shoud do something about it!

Receptionist were very rude.. they yelled at you so unprofessional.. specially those 2 wearing eye glasses… rude girl..I just go there because of dr.atwal. She’s a good doctor.

I needed to update my review based on recent experiences with the clinic.I've completely stopped seeing Dr Atwal at this point because I have a lot of difficulty speaking with her. Despite offering her feedback and being told it will be taken on board, not much has changed. Whenever I saw Dr Atwal I felt incredibly rushed. Even after waiting several hours to see her. She speaks incredibly quickly, and although she hasn't mentioned it, I feel as though she just wants to move on as soon as possible to get to other patients. As a result I don't feel like I'm being listened to, that my voice or concerns don't matter and that I need to basically rehearse what I am going to say before seeing her so as to waste as little of her time as possible. This is honestly not how I'd like to feel as a patient, especially not with my family doctor.The great news though, and honestly the saving Grace from my rating being even lower than it is, is Dr Rida. Dr Rida seems to be the complete polar opposite of doctor Atwal - he's always very personable and easy to talk to and he never makes me feel rushed. I feel like I can talk to him and like he'll actually listen to what I'm saying instead of just hearing me. Dr Rida has been my go-to now for quite a while because he's just absolutely amazing. He asks about other aspects of my life and how I'm doing, he shows interest in my well-being and he even asks about my family members which is really amazing. I would say definitely the most important thing is that I don't feel rushed anymore and I feel like I can actually sit down and have a conversation with him about things that worry me about my health. He also says it like it is and lets me know when he has concerns about my health. I'm given options and I feel more involved in my own health care.I also don't really feel comfortable walking up to the front desk most times. I usually just sign in and ask when I can come back to see the doctor as I live close by. I often avoid having conversations with most of the folks at the front desk because similarly to Dr Atwal, I feel like I can't talk to them. They always seem in a rush and when you try to get their attention the response is not always friendly. In some cases it's been so bad that I've been thinking of changing clinics all together. Again the only saving grace is really how amazing Dr Rida is. If I have to be honest oh, if it wasn't for him I would likely have chosen a different doctor by now.This review is not meant to slam anyone or to shame anybody but to give you an honest review of my experience having been at this clinic for over 8 years. This way if you plan to attend the clinic you know what to expect.
