They are harassing my senior mother by calling her phone that I purchased through Koodo. They are calling for a person named Cassandra. My mother has told them repeatedly that they have the wrong number, yet they still keep calling from different numbers. They are fully aware of guidelines and permissions available to collection companies. So they either higher numerous incompetent people or are operating in a way that defies rules purposefully
