My wife and I had dinner here after watching the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child show at the CAA Ed Mirvish Theatre.The location is well designed and it is very warm and cozy. There is a classic family style dinner table for larger parties.The service was superb and attentive right from the get go. 5 Stars to the service staff all day long.The food was outstanding really. I was impressed. I ordered :1) Funghi Assoluti2) Polpo Alla Griglia3) Pappardelle Rage d' Anatra4) 14 oz BisteccaEvery dish was top shelf. The grilled octopus was tender and packed with flavour. The Oyster mushrooms was a perfect complement to the arugula in a well executed dish. Then the amazing Pappardelle was cooked to al dente perfection with the fabulous and savoury backdrop of the duck ragu. I could have eaten that every day of the week and twice on Sundays. My steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare and seasoned well. There is nothing worse than a good steak that is under seasoned and it will require you to hit it with some salt. The steak was so tender and velvety that it basically melts in your mouth.The accompanying mushrooms were a tad too heavy on the salt however. Nonetheless, I thoroughly enjoyed my steak.I will be back to check on the consistency on my next go around .Happy Eats everyone.

Had dinner and drinks here before going to show at Massey hall. Staff was very accommodating and let us have our table earlier.Food was amazing and so was the service!

3.5/5Great service! Our server couldn’t have been more pleasant. The food, however, was very average. Nothing wowed us here.We ordered 1) Capesante Gratinate and (2 Insalata di Carote e Barbabietole as appetizers. Both dishes were pleasant. We enjoyed these both.As mains, we ordered 3) the daily special truffle pasta and 4) Capricciosa pizza. These were underwhelming. The fresh pasta was good but did not taste at all like truffles, and the pizza was a bit disappointing as the ham was floppy and cold.It wasn’t an unpleasant experience but we won’t be returning here for Italian food.

Got there @ 6pm, it was empty, but since we didn't have a reservation they couldn't give us a seat since people with reservations were coming at 7pm, whatever, we got a seat at the bar. Figured I'll just drink more. Most of their signature drinks are them trying too hard to make something unique, but they forgot flavour matters and the result was overpowered nonsense. I asked for a long island iced tea. Bartenders response was. We use bar metrics

Overall we had a good experience here. The food was great and the service was excellent. All of the staff that we talked to were helpful and friendly. The pasta was really tasty and well prepared, I had the house made ravioli which I would get again for sure. The only complaint I have is their non-alcoholic drink choices are very limited so if you don't drink, know that you are picking from water (bottled, sparkling, tap), coke (no diet), ginger ale, lemonade, and milk. That wasn't enough for me to lower my rating since everything else was very good.

An upscale and off the beaten path restaurant with excellent choice in ingredients (you can see the pantry as you come in the front door). Service was quick at first, but our waitress became hard to find later in as the restaurant became busier. The meals were exceptional, but the gnocci could have used some parmesan. Still, a positive experience.

Perfect little spot for authentic Italian!The staff was super friendly and attentive. They were eager to answer questions and suggest foods from the menu.The food was delightful! Delicate and filling without making you feel heavy! We even had room for dessert.The cocktails were also very tasty! There is a great selection of other drinks too.I will definitely be back.

We got their Vitello Tonnato for appetizers, Spaghetti allo Scoglio and Pappardelle al Ragú d'anatra for main. Overall, the appetizers were the best. Their seafood spaghetti had a sour start taste but ended with bitterness, there wasn't a lot of seafood in it. The duck pappardelle was also disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place or try ordering their pizza instead.

Generally good Italian food! Convenient location and good service. The fresh pasta was good. The staff were quite accommodating about allergies and sensitivities too. We had an Italian friend as part of the group who thought it was good Italian food, but not the best in Toronto. A really solid spot. Not a ton of vegetarian options, but still a few.
