I had to share my experience. People sometimes may only take the time to post bad review but I can say for my self and my own experience. This place is extremely amazing!!! As you walk in and greeted from front staff secretarys really nice and professional!! The vet herself Dr. Alfaro amazing service. I couldn't be happier. Really sweet and really informed. Nice with my pet and took the time for all my questions. Wasn't rushed.Thank you for a great experience.

The staff and vets are so patient!We have an anxious GSD and have always been so stressed about bringing him to the vet, but in the last 9 years, this clinic has been the best at keeping the owners and our dog super calm and comfortable.

I was at this clinic for the very first time this morning and was so worried about my cat. They took good care of her. They were very nice and professional. My cat don't like many people, but she likes the vet she got. He gave good explanation about her condition and manage to calm me in the process . The visit didn't burst my budget, was very affordable. He answered all my questions and I had a lot. Fast, efficient, affordable, professional, good service, nice employees. Thank you so much. I found my new vet clinic!!

Very nice people. The employees who receive you are very polite and very welcoming even when you call they always answer. The veterinarian is also very passionate and takes his time to explain everything. I've always felt pushed at other places to buy certain products but here it's really what's best for the animal. I absolutely love it here and I've already recommended to many others.

All around great service!! The reception was friendly and helpful, the vet herself was amazing! So good with my two cats, answered all my questions, very reassuring. And the price was very reasonable, better than most places, especially if you consider how good the service was.

Doctor was honest and helpful. I've been tricked before into unnecessary spending, not only did they not do that, but the doctor told me some of the things I thought were necessary, weren't. Ending up spending less than I thought. Totally going back every year.

This is my FIRST time writing a long review. I never felt the need of doing it but wow this clinic really deserves my time!! Earlier this year, my 12 years old Maltese had a stomach problem so brought her there and we had our very first experience at this place. It was just amazing! They prescribed her everything she needed and the lady (I don't remember her name) was wonderful. She told me also about her dental problems that I already knew but I was too afraid of doing the surgery due to her age. So I decided not to do anything for the moment and well eventually it was getting worse (her jaw started quivering). I couldn't stand the fact that it was only going to get worse with time and the vet also said it could get infected and might even get into her blood and she'll probably have bigger problems. They did the dental extractions 2 days ago (9 months after my first visit) removed 7 teeth and let me tell you this... I feel like Maggie is 5 years younger today. She's soooo joyful! If I only knew, I would've done it loooong time ago! I was just too afraid to lose her under anesthesia. I met Dr. Desjardins 3 weeks ago, he did her blood test and made feel better and safer about doing the surgery and I think Dr. Leblanc is the one that actually did the surgery. I haven't met Dr. Leblanc but a big thank you to him and to all the team over there! You guys are awesome, outstanding prices and even better service!! 10/10! So blessed my little Christmas bestie will be in top shape for her 13th Birthday on December 25th!!! :) I recommend this place 100%

I Finally found the best Vet for my english bulldog! He is being treated there by Dr Francois Desjardins for atopic skin problems and other frequent little problems and I have been pleased with it. After trying many clinics, I can say it's the firts time that I find a treatment that provides long term results for my dogs problems. They really all seem to care and everyone from the receptionist to the technicians and the vets seem to be doing the best they can to give good treatments to the pets. Their prices are very reasonable which is a must especially in my case since my bully gets sick quite often. The photo is my dog receiving laser treatment for his skin.
