Very disappointed with a recent experience trying to get a car wash at your Paisley/Imperial location in Guelph. I've been through this car wash dozens of times over the year without issues. Today, for some reason it stops on me and the attendant says it hit my car and nozzle broke. I stopped when the light and beeping told me to stop when entering - as I've done countless times before. And I actually had to argue to get a refund ticket for this broken wash. And conveniently, there just happens to be the maintenance van there to fix the wash. All the while they're trying to blame me. There's security cameras in the wash, so please feel free to watch the video and see that I did everything that I was supposed to do properly instead of blaming other faults on me. Very disappointed. I'll finish the balance of washes left on my card and will never deal with Petro again in any way.

the oil company delivered their oil directly from china to my energy plant east of Saskatchewan!!!!! fabulous job
