The customer service provided by the night staff was awful. He sold me the wrong disposable item and refused to exchange it. I had specifically indicated which one I wanted, but after purchasing it, I noticed that he had given me the incorrect flavor. It was not my fault that he provided the wrong one. I had previously made a few purchases there, and everything was perfect, especially with the young lady who usually served me. However, today, this guy left me unsatisfied.

Terrible service by night staff. Gave me the wrong products and told me I couldn’t exchange it even though it wasn’t my fault that I was given the wrong ones. Side note the young lady working during the day was very pleasant and assisted me with everything I needed. She deserves a raise for her good work.
