Truly the best experience I've had to date with a car salesman. The stereotypes usually hold up and I've had my fair share of experiences with unenthusiastic questionable salesmen. Angus is such a breathe of fresh air - he is attentive, personable, caring, welcoming and walked me through every detail. I didn't have one feeling of doubt throughout our time spent discussing my vehicle purchase. I'm beyond excited for my new Toyota & feel very welcomed joining the Toyota family - thank you Angus!

Performance Toyota was fantastic from the initial contact on their website right through to the final purchase of my 2021 CHR.I lost my previous vehicle written off in an accident and Hilary in Product Advisory and Roger in Finance were fantastic. My roommate also purchase a Corolla Cross from them and had the same incredibly positive experience.The team was very friendly, non-aggressive, found a very good financial deal for me as my customer advocate and even drove my CH-R home for me as I am still recovering from the accident as I write this.Overall it was an incredibly positive experience and Performance Toyota also has two great people on their team. Zakk was SO helpful in our purchase of this pre-owned vehicle! We had a great experience and are thrilled with our new “used” car!Zakk went above and beyond to help us find the perfect ‘first car’ for our son! From personally repairing minor scratches on the bumper and encouraging us to take it to our own mechanic for a second opinion, to ensuring it was full of gas and clean and complete with all the original manuals when we picked it up, he made us feel comfortable and confident in our new investment.On “pick up” day he made sure all the necessary paperwork and licensing were complete, and reviewed all the documents with us , carefully explaining everything. I loved the beautiful big red bow he offered for us to use to put on top of our new purchase for photos. The “run -through” he provided to us, of the car’s features before we drove it away, was very helpful and left us feeling well informed and confident in our new vehicle.We had never had the experience of purchasing a “used car” before and were hesitant to even go to a “used car lot”, but Zakk made it a very positive experience! I've now purchased 3 vehicles from here. The team at Performance Toyota are incredible! First, Erin was great at helping me order exactly the new vehicle I needed and wanted, the corolla cross! Roger was a delight to work with for the financing, and when I had a small issue arise he and Giacomo were quick to set everything right at no extra cost!Plus, added bonus of dog treats in the service area for my puppers!!I couldn't be happier with my experience.

Everyone hates buying a new car but I got to tell you, what a great car buying experience this was. Bernie and I were checking out a Venza on the lot when as if by magic, the hatchback opened. We heard a pleasant hello behind us and as we turned to see who it was, Erin walking towards us with a friendly smile and a relaxed approach. Erin was able to answer all or our questions and was more than helpful. She and her coworkers maintained the laidback style throughout the buying process.
