I recently financed a 2018 CR-V from Westgate Honda. Seeing this was my very first vehicle, I was very nervous about the entire process. After all was said and done, I found it to be very easy. Went into the service department and asked for an oil change and also to swap out my winter tires. The service staff were very friendly, took in the vehicle, and performed the work in very short time, to my surprise. By the time I was ready to finish my lunch next door at the restaurant, I received a call that the vehicle was ready! I noticed it was even washed at no cost! Great service! I will definitely be going back there for my vehicle’s maintenance.

I've been to many dealerships over the years, and this is truly the best. Every time I walk in, everyone is laughing and smiling and you can tell they genuinely like and respect each other. I decided to make a trip to London to look at buying a new car, since we had such an excellent experience with buying a new Ridgeline previously. I was not disappointed with the service I received from Omar.I purchased a 2022 Honda Civic Touring Hatchback. He was extremely helpful and provided comforting follow-up in the 6 months while waiting for my car. I felt the whole experience was very good. I love driving my car and it's quite a head turner...I do get asked a lot of questions as to where I bought it and I direct them to Westgate Honda.... Thank you Omar... you are the best.

He helped me pick out some new floor mats for my vehicle and gave top quality advice, second to none. He was very courteous and my experience with him will certainly have me back at the dealership. Got my brakes done today. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. The guys were very friendly and helpful. I was told by another dealership that I had to replace everything, front and back. The manager showed me and explained why I didn't need to do anything to the front, saved me a lot of money. The service was quick and the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this place

Been a customer for quite some time. I have been to other dealerships in the past, to service my vehicles but there is no comparison. Booking service appointments is fast and easy. The service staff at Westgate make sure to go over (in plain English) the service plan with you and perform the service that is required. They also make recommendations on any work that may be required in the future which helps with vehicle maintenance planning. Great experience overall!

I’ve been with Honda for almost 6 years now and can not speak more highly of the wonderful service they have provided me. From leasing my very first vehicle, to upgrading that vehicle, to buying winter tires, having oil changes and vehicle maintenance, they have always treated me amazing. They’re always time efficient, which is a huge bonus having a toddler and a baby on the way! I’ve also never left the garage with any questions at all, they are very thorough, well educated & professional. We personally deal with Chris Oliver, who has always fit us into a busy schedule, made sure we knew about any promotions and over all as taken incredible care of us and our vehicle. The amount of times he has gone above and beyond for us is greatly appreciated!!!! Life is crazy as is, so knowing you can count on a business and an individual like Chris to look after your vehicles needs, is beyond helpful. I will never deal with with another dealership, 12/10 recommendation!
