The noodle soup is all you can eat noodles and the price is very reasonable. The taste is comparable to other restaurants with similar style. You order food by scanning a barcode for the menu/website but staff are available for questions. I will go back because I like noodle soup so much!

Visit: June 2023, February 2023I got the Tomato Rice Noodle Soup - Crossing the Bridge and the Salty Popcorn ChickenThe soup had a lot more taste then I expected which was great. It was very filling and everything tasted fresh and delicious! The restaurant is new and clean and the staff was nice

Tried this place out on a quiet Sunday for lunch and noticed the steady flow of senior Asian couples coming in which had to be a good sign. The appetizers we tried were tasty and in particular, really liked the seaweed salad and deep-fried squid tentacles. The highlight though was the Chinese sauerkraut and fish noodle soup I ordered -- really hits the spot on a cold winter day. Nice and clean here with good prices. Will come back again.

Great price for a tasty and filling meal. The rice noodle soup is definitely a must try for a first visit! The coconut curry soup base was delicious and not too rich; I liked that it wasn't greasy. It's also fun to add all the different toppings into the boiling pot of soup. The pulled noodles in our other dish had a nice texture and the mild spice was a great kick, but the spice did overpower the taste of the noodles. Thankfully the chicken held onto the flavour well.

The hand pulled noodles were delicious! I really loved the braised beef brisket hand pulled noodles. And the chicken wings were also really good which I didn't expect from a noodle place. The original bone broth tasted a bit bland for me so I recommend adding herbs and chilis. Overall tasty and will return!

I don’t throw the word “authentic” around when it comes to cuisines until I travel to a local origin and tastes variations of the same dish. In the case of this restaurant I’m willing to let that pass. I love the food here. It’s tasty and delicious. Servings are generous. The braised beef noodles reminded me of dish my mom used to make.

This place is an absolute must for those who want some good rice noodle soups. They also make some great fried noodles. The meals taste great and the portion sizes are very generous.On our visit we had the braised beef and chicken rice noodle bowls and they were fantastic. The Chinese saurekrant fish soup was also very good. I also had the chance to try the duck blood chili rice noodle soup (don't judge) and it was also brimming with flavor despite the spice level.The order method is also rare to see in Edmonton. Like other places, the menu is a QR code you scan, but it includes your table number so you can order online, submit, and then food shows up. It definitely speeds up service in exchange for a less personable interaction. To each their own on this one. I enjoyed it.

I recently moved to Edmonton from India, and whenever I'm feeling down, this restaurant has become my ultimate go-to for comfort food. As someone who loves extreme spicy flavors, this dish really hits the spot. The chicken is tender and flavorful, coated with a vibrant and aromatic mix of spices that remind me of home. The level of spiciness is just right, offering a delightful tingling sensation without overpowering my taste buds. The rice and noodles are perfectly cooked, providing a satisfying base for the flavorful chicken. They are simply the best. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try

They don’t have much service here.You order through a QR code and pay at the front.Everything is really good. We order chicken soft born, tastes good and it’s deep fried, not too dry.Love it.And we order 2 noodles soup with 2 different styles.The first one is Duck Blood with chilly noodles, it comes with a full bowl of noodles and duck blood. And it’s spicy.The second one is Chinese Sauerkrant Fish Noodle Soup. It’s not too spicy and the fish is very fresh.*** They have unlimited refilled noodles***For sure will come back next time .
