Jiffy Lube

Jiffy Lube stock has actually gone up with me. I went to them on the advice of my wife to ask for help because my car won't start even though I took it to Walmart to buy groceries. A Jiffy Lube staffer volunteered to go with me to Walmart to check it out. This surprised me because I don't think this was part of the service they offer. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

This is a great shop. Fast efficient and friendly staff. They don't push any extra's on you and make recommendation's if they see a problem. I bring both of my vehicle's there.

Horrible, they left my engine cap off! Had my engine sounding rough by the time i got home. I wont ever come here again as theyre negligent

Brought in a cleaned motor for an oil change and left with oil all over under the hood.

20 mins no service... a truck pulled in after me and had an oil change and left before they even opened my hood!never again!

I went in for an oil change, they asked me if I wanted my in cab air filter changed. I said sure. it took three people almost 40 minutes to change my in cab air filter. I asked what is the problem. the response i got was that they dont have the proper tool I asked why they said it cost 150 dollars. i responded why offer the service if you dont have the right tool. by the time they got it in it had been taken in and out over a dozen times before they were finished. i just hope it wasnt wrecked during the process. then when they opened the bay door for me to leave when exiting i heard something dragging and it was my skid plate. they forgot to put it back on properly, it was damaged. they offered me a car wash for my troubles. i called the head office and all they did was get the location to call me asking how to rectify the situation. it was not until the day after that I realized my skid plate was damaged enough that it required replacing. When i got a call from the other location in town asking me to let them replace the skid plate as it would be cheaper than the ford dealership doing it I went to the other location and they put it on and asked me to sign some paper offering me 25% off my next service and a free gold car wash at their location. I said I am not signing this and that I would not be comfortable having my vehicle service here again. the worker then said he was calling his manager and while waiting I could not leave my vehicle and the door was kept closed. when the manager arrived he asked what the problem was and I stated that i am not signing this paper. he said i was being confrontational which is not true and anybody who knows me will attest that I am anything but contfrontational. he then instructed his employee to record what was left of our interaction in which I stated that I would not use their service anymore and would recommend to all the people I know including the place I work at to seek better service elsewhere as I have spoken to over 20 people over the course of the last 2 days and nearly half have had similar or worse experience from the same company. I felt bullied with the way I was approached by the manager and have already convinced more than 50 people to not use them ever again. I never thought I would have to write a review like this but for anyone who knows me I am honest, honorable and fair but if i can stop others from having a similar experience that is my main goal.
