Very DISAPPOINTING place..NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED..Food is bland…no taste. Overly priced and offers very less quantity as you can see in the picture.The staff has no clue what they are doing. They charged us extra for an item which we didn’t even order. Besides, out total was $69 and without even confirming the amount…the server Preet charged us $96. The staff really needs a lot of training and be extra careful.PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE….TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

Ordered chicken and garlic naan from them. As you can see in photos, first of all you can see they doesn’t look like garlic naan these were just normal breads and just given the name of garlic. Secondly, most of the pieces were burnt and rest were not properly baked. Your restaurant is running now good that doesn’t mean that you guys compromise with quality. Really disappointed with the service. Huge difference between my first visit and this was probably my last order.

I recently visited Raunak bar and grill with my friends. I ordered saag with missi roti,soya chaap noodles,chole bhature,dahi bhalla and veg. Momos. The food was sooo good, i love service of this place. Staff’s nature was so good the girl name KARAM served us food nicely and she was so cooperative with us.

Found this place last minute, not knowing how it was going to be. We were very surprised and pleased by the great service from our waitress Komal. We had tasty tandoori appetizers and amazing drinks. The presentation of our food and drinks definitely exceeded our expectations! Hands down recommend this place!

We were there celebrating a special friend's birthday. It was a weekday after work so it was nice and quiet, we were able to catch up while having lamb Biryani, rara ghost, rumali roti, and mushroom paneer masala. Food was delicious and flavourful, not overly spicy nor salty. First time having rumali roti in Canada (never knew how hard it was to find it), they made it with tumeric which is different from what I was used to.Komal (I hope I spelled it right) was our server and she made sure to check in on us every once in a while to make sure we had everything we needed. We had an amazing time!

We came here for the first time and put experience was very bad spl when we ordered sizzeler and the waitress comes with a weird explanation that the dish in the photo is a sizzeler as we are eating for the first timeNot event that they served us the Roomali roti which was one of their best sellers but at the end it came as tawa to wrap.Didn't like anything and we ended up canceling our main course order as well

I would definitely give them a 10 stars. We visited with family a lunch table of 12 people . They offered me their new dish called Butter chicken nachos , they are going to launch . They said , they always offer 10-15 clients a new dish and get their reviews , then they launch .So much care by staff. Management is really handling the show in a very professional manner . Owner is chef itself . Ludhiana wala taste . 100% will visit again and again .
