I called asking for a quote and no one called me back..

Called the number on the website, guy said that he is retired and promptly hung up on me. I can only assume the business is no longer operating.

We got our siding replaced in May 2021 by Stephen. His professionalism and the quality of work excelled our expectations.We were very happy with the new look!An issue came up this past winter , with one of the corner trim pieces that cracked. I emailed Stephen and he responded quickly and said he would replace it.Stephen came and replace it under warranty.We would highly recommend Royal City Aluminum.The McCulloughs

Great company had siding, gutters and flashing done on my house. Great work, friendly hardworking staff and great price. What else is there. Very pleased and would recommend them. Using them again for windows and doors next year

Would give a rating but since the message I left was never responded to. Guess that an answer in it self. Can't give no rating so guess it will have to be one.

I had the complete sidings, soffit, fascia, trough, and gutter guard replace/install recently. I decided on this company other than the others totally on my instinct at end of my meeting with Gary, even though at that time I couldn't find any reviews on google. I'm very glad that of that decision. Gary and his son & grand sons took their times and paid attention to details. The results: excellent workmanship, responsive, and very professional. I received many compliments from my neighbours.BTW, I did found out the reason for no Google review is because the business was in the process of transferring ownership from Gary to his son. In case you're wondering, Gary is on site most day but his son is the one who performed most of the work.
