Watch their hours. They consistently close their doors 30 mins. before posted closing times. We tried to get a rush printing job completed but they locked us out twice at 4:30pm on a Saturday.

On Saturday I Needed to print about 15 lost dog posters. I couldn’t get printer to work and when it did work picture was only on 1/4 of page. Myself and another customer, who was also having a problem, were both getting frustrated. Staff came to our assistance. A young woman helped the other lady and David , who I later found out was a store manager,, assisted me.We had a great conversation as he worked on my phone to get my picture emailed to store. David printed my posters , cropped them, and said No Charge courtesy of himself and Staples!So friendly , helpful and professional, not to mention a very sweet gesture!!Extraordinary customer service that is very rare these days!Thank you to David and all the staff at Staples Orangeville!

Got my passport photos done and went to apply for a passport only to find out that my photo was too big, and there was not enough room left on top of the photo.. recommend going to the UPS store on Broadway, photo was done right and it was quicker.

Splilled a glass of water on my laptop. Took it to the Orangeville store on December 31st. I was supposed to get email updates. Called the store on the 6th. They said that it had been looked at and that I would be getting an update. No response came. Went in to the store on the 9th. They said I'd have to call the store Tuesday morning. I have called numerous times and I can't get a live body on the phone. Very poor service !

Had a good experience at staples this morning. After having some issues with file format for images to be printed, David was able to get it done and with a great attitude. Would go back 100%

The manager there was great and took care of me, no problem. However, the person I had before him had me pretty much do everything myself. Including trying to fix her mistake she made on my package. Glad to see the management there was great after the first experience I had.

OMG! Had the best experience at Staples, Orangeville today. Manager, David was exceptional in his customer care today. I went to print programs for my sister’s memorial, didn’t know what I was doing, the grief is still fresh. David took over and made it an awesome day! Thank you!
