I’ve been to a few different physiotherapist over the years and this is hands down the best spot I’ve been to. I was able to get an initial visit the next day after I called. It was a thorough appointment and he walked me through what he thought was going on and broke it down so I could understand myself. Every appointment since has been a great experience with overall friendly, welcoming staff. I never feel like I’m being rushed out or overlooked and my treatment has been more than beneficial. You can expect jokes, laughs, and an overall positive environment where you’re genuinely cared about!

My special needs son came here with a hip injury. Priyanka and Sarah took the time to get to know his non-verbal cues, what motivated him and what his limits were, and really helped lower his pain. We will definitely return when needed.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Pro Physio Kemptville. I have had 2 knee replacements and the followup physio each time was excellent. Both Rima Patel who worked on me in 2021 and Priyanka Skukla who has been my physiotherapist this time around were supportive, encouraging, and very professional. I always got the impression that they really cared about their patients. Also the support staff, both at the reception desk and the physio assistants, were always pleasant and efficient at their jobs.

So friendly and welcoming, and they get the job done no matter how painful at the beginning, they are encouraging and you will see and feel the results. Love the team at Pro Physio(Update) It’s been well over two years twice a week , only place to take WSIB -thank you for that.In my years I have see all the staff go and new staff come in, when Rima left I thought my level of service would be affected but my new Physio Professional is Priyanka Shukla, by far the best I have ever had, I watched her work the clinic here by herself when everyone left, she took on the biggest work load and her one on one care didn’t suffer regardless the work load and responsibility that fell upon her. Priyanka you are a god send, thank you for every you do , and Thank you to Pro Physio for hiring the best professionals.If you come in with an injury , PROPHYSIO has you covered with all the right equipment and staff, you will not regret coming here.

All the staff, from the physiotherapist, the assistant and the receptionist have been very friendly and helpful. They all know what they are doing and being looked after by them has been a pleasure.

I’ve only had two appointments so far(first assessment, then one actual appointment) and I’m already so pleased with everyone there! I recently got in an accident and suffered whiplash injury, and my physiotherapist, Rima, has been so kind and caring! And the rest of the staff that work with her has also been super helpful! If you’re in need of physiotherapy, I highly recommend this place! ❤️

Superb Care.All of the staff have been friendly. It has been a pleasant place to get treatment. Show up on time and leave on time; whether it is a 30, 60, or 90 minute scheduled appointment.Rima has been my physiotherapist for a long-time for several different injuries. She is very knowledgeable and caring. She provides excellent care and I have improved greatly. I now attend on a maintenance schedule (my choice). As a result, I feel like a much younger person and can do many more things now, without the nagging pain I once had.I will say that I did have a temporary therapist when Rima was vacation. That was a disaster. All that to say, that if you don't like one person, ask for another. But you'll never go wrong with Rima.
