Vandenbergs has wonderful service. We were able to chat via text message with Esther and get a price/quote for the ring we wanted. They let us know when it was coming in and wrapped it up beautifully. I have to go back to get a silicone insert because it's sliding on my finger (my fault) or get it sized and they've been wonderful about that too!Other places were extremely pushy and just wanted a sale.Highly recommend them and will go back for any future purchases. :)

Great experience, being younger in a jewelry store they typically don’t treat you very well. They were very nice and respectful, authentic with idealistic pries, would recommend. Will most certainly be back! Marlene assisted me and was very nice.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience. I called one morning because i had a ring stuck on my finger. They were so kind and helped me cut it off at no cost. And i figured. Well heck, I'm losing one ring, but I've got others I've been meaning to get looked at. So i took a chance on some very sentimental pieces, not knowing anything about the company. I had one ring resized and reshaped. And another, the stone was loose. They both came back better than ever, i didn't even know they could shine so bright. I left with a huge smile on my face. The whole experience has been an absolute pleasure. Thank you to the whole team.
