They aren't as good as hoards but are my top places to go, the lady's there are helpful always try to get what you need. Very friendly staff and the cutest cats sometimes in the store.

Great customer service. The staff was so helpful when looking for a new dog food. One employee went above and beyond by helping me determine the best food for him, comparing labels, etc. Thanks for all the help!

The staff are extremely knowledgeable which makes it super helpful when you don't know what it is that you are looking for. (So, I explain, which gives them an idea of what it is I need. And then they are usually right on the ball). :)Plus it helps that they are very friendly as well.

Thought I was going in to get a good deal for a few rabbit pellet feeders for 10.99 ...then was told that's the wrong price I was being understanding of that and we worked out a price. I get home and 2 of the 3 feeders I got are so rusted that I can't use them..is it my fault for not checking sure..but I had faith in the company to give me a good product and now know to really question the price of things and double check. Pretty disappointing.
