This location seems to struggle with manpower. It took 30 minutes to get our straight forward order, but they had to cook some more chicken pieces?Nice people, and good enough food, but frustrating to wait so long...Poor Skip the Dishes guy waited just as long or longer, so probably lost a good tip?Hope they get better.

Food was absolutely fantastic. I have eaten many times at this location and every time I am surprised by the quality of the food. It is obvious from the taste that it is freshly made and it doesn't take long to prepare the order either. Customer service was great as well; we were greeted while coming in, and lady at service desk was always smiling. All in all, I am definitely coming back and I recommend others to try this location.

Very clean. Good service. Chicken delicious. I will come back for sure. My kids really enjoyed eating here. Thanks to the cashier in the front Charlie very helpful and polite .

Soggy fries, overcooked chicken, we ordered spicy but it was far from it. These guys disappoint me. A longer drive to heritage Popeyes and the quality is much better.But I have to say, their customer service was quite good, very friendly, it’s probably the only reason I would go there again.

Coupon expires August 1st and this coupon was mailed only last week. Cashier name is Nardos and unable to punch in my coupon, told me its already done & expired . Nooo freakinn wayy. She must be new and had asked the chubby manager and brushed her off. Can’t believe this place. Anyway owner please enlighten me.

Phenomenal service and delicious food! My mom and I went to Popeyes for the first time on what looked to be a super busy night! We expecting average customer service however we were surprised when greeted by Charlie who exceeded our expectations immediately. He was so kind and patient with us as we navigated their menu. He rang us through and shortly after our order came. Everything was perfect! Thanks Charlie for making our experience so memorable! We already look forward to coming back!

Bought 3pcs chicken platter tonight at around 9:15pm. We were surprised when we opened the box at home because it doesn’t look like 3 pcs chicken to me. It look more like a pigeon to me. We waited for almost 30mins and only got this?
