Kelowna Puppies

We brought our new rescue Roo to Kelowna Puppies for adult dog training and it was amazing! She always has small class sizes - Only two other dogs in the class let her give us so much personal attention! We learned so many great things and it really helped his behavior and fear. Couldn't reccomend more!

Kirsten brings SO much to Kelowna with her wealth of dog training experience - from her years at Calgary Humane, her work with canids, puppies, therapy dogs, police dogs, and legitimate behaviour modification to name a few. Her passion for learning and continued education never stops, so you are sure to get the best, most humane training that is backed by science. Working with Kirsten and teaching classes at Kelowna Puppies the past couple years since moving here has been a wonderful experience. I am really proud to teach with you, Kirsten!

We have gained a huge amount of skills and confidence in training our pup. After having had a very easy dog, a challenging pup was quite overwhelming and at times frustrating. Kirsten, is highly knowledgeable, compassionate and patient, both with the two legged humans and four legged pups! She has a love and passion for animals and spends extra time with you and your puppy to help you both succeed. Her classes are fun and engaging for both the puppies and their families. Kirsten was such a great trainer! We loved watching our puppy learn and socialize with other puppies each week. Kirsten gave us homework to practice good behaviours with our pup at home as well. I fully recommend Kelowna Puppies!

Great training for me and my puppy.

My dog is well trained. Kirsten has taught my family and I so much that I haven’t even heard of. Kirstenis amazing. She is forming me into an amazing dog trainer. I am honoured to be working with her. At first I was scared to work with her but she is so cool and calm. I love working with her. If you want your dog trained well this is the place to go. You have to put in a lot of work in the classes but also at home. If you work hard and put in the effort it is worth it for the long run.
