If I could give no stars, I would! I went there for the 1st time to get cleaning supplies for our work. The lady that helped me was IN THE WRONG JOB!customer service, NOT HER STRONG POINT! She was rude, unhelpful and rushed me through the entire transaction. Although we (our company) may still have an account there ( will be closing it once HR is back) we will NOT be going there for anything!To top it all off, I found the prices to be on extreme/high....NOT RECOMMEND!

Extremely friendly genuine staff. A large selection of supplies and always an answer to your cleaning and other questions. The products are high-quality and they guarantee the quality. I dealt with them for many years and was never disappointed. They will even come on site to help you with problems with machines etc. or to demonstrate. This level of service is hard to find sometimes these days so I am very pleased to have them as suppliers and yes, friends

Rude people work here. Lack of manners and selection. Regent is just down the block and has a much better selection. If zero stars were an option I'd go with that.

A very nice business hidden away in the strathcona industrial Park. I've been shopping here for nearly 10 years. Their service center is very personal and they do good work. Hard to find a place for better customer service.
