I came here today to grab something to eat before my appointment, I usually go here pretty often and the customer service was horrible. The lady cashing customers out was rude to everyone. I bought the honey garlic meatballs and didn’t even bother to give me a fork & napkins. I asked her politely for a fork & some napkins, instead of handing it to me she threw it at me. So rude I wouldn’t recommend going here at all.

One of the smallest store, not much more than few snack, only few small drink choices, very expensive, but than again all the other place in the terminal has high price too

I'm cheesed! The 7 Eleven at Pearson Terminal One would get 5 stars from me... IF they kept stock of their cheese danishes. They are delicate, moist and flavourful and I often yearn for their sweet nectar. But this 7 Eleven never has them available, so consider me cheesed!

I always order coffee and pizza here i get good service but today i went there to have pizza. Lady working there today was so rude. first she put pizza in packet without cutting and then i told her to cut in pieces she behaved so rudely and said then tell first when u are ordering. Bro common sense, its pizza so how can i eat without slices and always give in box. Even in morning my friend was complaining about here that she was behaving rude. I am not getting for free i am paying if you have any kind of problem in your life don’t yell at us. Stay home do not work. Because your behaviour ruin our day also.

Please either change your employees or teach them little abit of customer service. I come here everyday to grab a coffee and I see how rude the employees talk to the customers. And it doesn’t matter which one you talk to, they’re all the same!Seems like they’re being forced to work here.Yesterday espresso machine was out of milk I told the cashier and she rudely responds WE DON’t HAVE IT!! Then I asked another one she said oh I’ll have to bring a milk then she went to the grab and go fridge right there, grabbed the milk!!! UNBELIEVABLE.

Ive been coming here for the past few days and taken different pictures of their ice machine. And this is nastyyyyyy so if you getting yourself some ice from their machine make sure u get a white cup first so that u can see the nasty ones and take them apart and only use the clean ones. But from my personal opinion just dont get any lol. Service wise theyre really good tho

Your manager the bald guy is so rude. I asked for a bag and he threw it in my face. Why would you allow someone to harass someone and have staff like that. He’s so rude and didn't have good manners. I am a disable person and they shouldn’t treat anyone like that eventhough the person is normal. I worked at the airport also and i always buy in seven eleven. I hope you tooo action to this. Seven eleven is good but you have a very bad service thanks

Wow major change here at YYZ t1 711 stepped up the game. Big open concept lots selection and variety. Dean was very friendly and showed me around great store for the employees of Pearson

This was the worst experience ever! The employee I spoke with today was so rude and unprofessional. He refused to make me a fresh pizza as I had requested. He literally argued with me and insisted that the pizza in the warmer was fresh but I could clearly see that they were drying out. I told him I've had this issue before and that I had to return my pizza a couple times because they sold me stale pizza that was not fresh. I couldn't believe he refused to make me a fresh pizza. What kind of customer service is this?! He should be fired. He even started talking about me to the other coworker. Finally he said he would do it. I was so upset I didn't even want to buy food there again after how I was treated.
