I am a Canadian, retired in 2019 and am currently living in the United State. As I tried to withdraw my retirement funds, I have worked with several different organizations where my retirement accounts reside.While making my retirement fund withdrawals, the most pleasant experience I had was working with the representative of Flann Financial, Penny Rowan, of Vancouver Branch. She took all required crucial information from me over the phone and through email when I first contacted Flann Financial. Afterwards, my fund withdrawal process was in good hand and the fund was direct deposited, as promised and expected, to my Canadian bank account without any further intervention.In the contrast, I have withdrawn a similar fund from Sunlife in 2018, which took me more than 4 months to receive the funding. The worst was I had to deal with several different people and got different messages as to the withdrawal procedures. This was not what I would expect from a service organization, particularly, one managing people's retirement funds.Overall, to my opinion, Penny Rowan of Flann Financial, provided the best service and took the best care of their clients.
