Afterglow provides excellent service. We use them for all our rental properties in KWC and they always provide responsive, knowledgeable service at a very fair price. We have been working with them for approx. 7 years now.The most important thing is that they are honest, which comes from the Owner and Management, down to all the Team. They will only recommend what you need and do quality work.I highly recommend them.

Everything about Afterglow is amazing, starting with their name!The consult was great, Stephen helped us figure out what we needed to make the upstairs of our old home more comfortable. He told us about options available and recommended exactly what we needed. Loving our heat pump so much!Super professional, very knowledgeable, didn’t sell us on things we didn’t need. Stephen is just as nice as he sounds on the radio! The guys from Afterglow performed our boiler system maintenance with professionalism, friendliness and efficiency.They answered our questions clearly and with patience. They were punctual and respectful. Afterglow saved us several thousand dollars by trying things step by step and stopping when the issues were addressed, rather than just doing everything we originally discussed. Truly honest people! Grate company ,I have used them 2 x now on 2 different heating systems a boiler and a hot air furnace , both times grate results with professional trades persons , this time my furnace did not work and a service tradesman came with in a few hrs , best i could hoped for . can only recumbent Steven and his team !!! thank you so much

Stephen and his team are amazing to work with. They are responsive, knowledgeable and reliable. A year ago I got a new boiler system installed. It was difficult because the house came with a brand new boiler pre-installed but not hooked up. A number of other companies I called were hesitant to work with a brand they did not normally work with but Stephen and his team were willing.Install took longer than expected because of the boiler. The boiler company's tech support was not helpful but the Afterglow team did everything they could, even working late, to get it started. The next day, Stephen's brother came in to work on things and got it all working.This year, all I had to do was flip a switch and the boiler system started without any issues and the house is comfortable and warm.Then, the hot water tank went and again, Stephen and his team were responsive in getting a new one installed. Stephen and I had planned for this and rather than replace the water tank last year, I managed to get another year of use out of it. But goes to show how Stephen is able to look at the big picture and give me options that fit within my budget.I know I am in good hands with the Afterglow team and you will be as well.

Team Afterglow was great! They provided us all the information we needed before the job started. They were able to install a ductless system within 3 weeks of when I first called them. The installation team was professional, communicated well, was respectful of our property and worked efficiently. After they left, the place was clean and tidy. Great job!
