I contacted instant imprints to have custom made shirts created for a stag party with a very short turnaround time (3 days).Mayank at the shop was quick to reply with a quote and mock up of the shirt with the chosen picture.The final product looks awesome, very happy with the service and would use their services again. Highly recommended.

I asked for a step and repeat banner but they seem to have no idea how to produce that. They asked us to send them “a mock up”, so we did. As I understand it, “a mock up” is a draft of how we want the banner to look and it should be up to their design team to produce a product that sits properly on the 8x8. The end result of the way the logos sit just looked awkward.So the learning here is, do NOT expect this company to product a quality step and repeat banner.To make matters worse, I already had an 8ft x 8ft stand that I wanted to repurpose but they said purchasing the banner only is not possible and that I had to pay the full $800+ for a redundant piece of material. This company does not strive to be environmentally friendly at all.Also, note that the stand is of very poor quality.Also note that the step and repeat is made of fabric, not vinyl, so it kind of looks more like a curtain.Overall customer experience is a negative 10. I won’t be coming back.

I had a fantastic experience getting some custom embroidery work done for the Physiotherapy clinic I work at. We provided them with 25 pieces of Lululemon clothing to embroider on, and were initially worried about how it would look on a more expensive piece of clothing. However, all the staff at Instant Imprints were very helpful and knowledgeable, they provided me a sample for review prior to doing any work on the garments, they were able to answer all of my questions and provide great recommendations for logo placement and size based on their professional experience. The quality of the work is fantastic, it was completed in a timely manner, I received replies the same day, and they were a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend Instant Imprints Main St for anyone looking to get embroidery work done accompanied by peace of mind that your garment will come out looking beautiful, to your exact specifications.

Very disappointed. I wanted to print a logo on T-shirts. I sent them an email, got a request for a logo, sent everything they requested, after which I didn't receive any response from them. I decided to call, they asked for my name, and they said that they didn't receive any email from me. But they already replied to my email before.

Amazing and kind service that goes above and beyond for their customers. Extremely professional quality work, I was very happy with my T shirts. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
