Nice condominium with great views. However the hallways could use heat/air & parking garage needs work otherwise staff is great & helpful and security is top notch

This building is absolutely ridiculous. If management knocks on your door & you take more than one minute to come open the door they will just barge in with their own key. No notice, no appointments. They shut off the water to the building about twice a month 9-5 pm. No safety whatsoever and no comfort or privacy. Ive brought this issue to management twice and they've promised not to come into the unit unannounced yet it continues to happen. Do NOT live here if youre looking for accommodations as a student. Not worth how much you pay.

Pretty goodHydro is a bit expensive

My friend moved here . its amazing. Not just the view but the security and other amenities they give for the price. I am thinking of moving there myself. Super quite building. Pool pingpong library gym parking u name it. Its awesome.

Nice views depending on where your unit is, but hallways aren't cooled and makes it hard to breath in summer, construction takes forever, people are nice

Very nice clean building has a nice clean pool with a sauna and hot tub.

Just recently moved in a relative to this building. The building is well managed and the security is very friendly as well as the maintenance/cleaning staff. I’ve only heard good stuff about this building from residents that have been there for a long time. The Corner store attached to the building is really convenient and the counter staff are really nice, stuff is a bit pricey though. Amenities are clean and in good working condition except the pool seems to always have problems. Since the building is on the older side you can hear clear conversations through the walls or ceilings if they’re loud enough. Other then that I think it’s a great building.

The building is nice; but the constant noise from the building maintenance and construction is ridiculous; if you work nights or are home in the day this is not the place for you. For the price you’d think it would be a quiet building.

Very nice and secured building with pool. It is a bit old, but it is well maintained.
