That was way too much money to spend on a bath and detangling. Asked for a low maintenance grooming as I had a baby due right away, and she decided to spend her time detangling instead if just shaving her shorter like most groomers would've done. Didn't even touch her nails. Ended up doing the grooming myself.

I called when I got home because my shitzu looked more like a chow chow and had just been washed and fluffed up to ask her to please fix my dogs hair cut and she fired me as a client because I didn’t want to complain in front of a new client that was there when I was picking up my dog. I’m not happy about this I just wanted her to fix the hair cut
