Fraudulent company sent me over priced sanitizer in an ikea bottle which was half leaking when I received it.The sanitizer if you can call it that is extremely weird and does not feel like it is what it claims to be.

Avoid! Not a real company! Website claims company around since 2006 but domain name registered a month ago. Fake product also not on Canada's approved product list. Scammers trying to capitalize on hand sanitizer shortage.

BUYERS BEWARE1) Fraudulent claims that the products are approved by Health Canada. They are not licensed health products (no DIN, no NPN numbers on the bottles) - thus their safety and efficacy has not been verified by a qualified regulatory authority.2) Impossible to know if they are using technical grade ethanol, which has carcinogenic impurities and is the reason why many hand sanitizers have been recalled in recent months.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company is out to get people. They do not answer any emails, messages to their Facebook page or phone calls. They continue to go unresponsive for a total of 6 months of me trying every means of contact. I was overcharged by $100, sent the wrong product and there is absolutely nothing I can do because they do not respond. Such a scam! They should be reported. I am livid - they don't even deserve one star.

When the Pandemic started I found their site on social media, I ordered and finally they charge me US dollars, I emailed them and they didn't get back to me, then I search them and the phone # was wrong and the address seems restaurant or REALTOR agency, finally someone emailed me and said they charge in US, we are in Canada so why you charge in US dollar here (its another way of scam or over price) - in couple of days they changed there site and they start charging in CAD but the # instead of being invalid now no one answer - I got the materials late but they never refund me the US to CAD even they changed their product prices to CAD --- I wouldn't trust them again

Website has 1 extra digit on their phone number.. When I finally found the correct number to call they do not pick up. Called over 4 times. Ordered products over a month ago, their website states that product ships within 24 hours. Have sent multiple emails with no response. Contacting the bank right now..

I was going to buy their fabric disinfectant, but after looking into this company. There are a lot of red flags; one logo has no trademark, another logo has the trademark and another logo has the registered mark, all 3 are on the same page.I looked on Quebec business registry but I cannot find a record of them and when I look on the federal website for trademark and registered names, no information there.The fabric disinfectant does not specify any DIN #. there is no sheet showing the test results and they are saying their Protex is trademarked, but I believe that is a trademark from another company.What is funny, their contact page, the phone number has an extra digit and the number is a mobile number and not a landline. I even tried calling, no answer and no voicemail.

Not sure why others are complaining, i ordered twice from this company, products have arrived in the time quoted. pictured are parts of two orders. First order, middle pump bottle and spray that one i keep in my car. second order, two squeeze bottles and a free small squeeze bottle arrived as well, also kept in my car. I can't vouch for its efficacy at this time, but it does smell and feel like an alcohol based product.
