Have always been greeted with a smile; and have had quick service. The restaurant is so clean and inviting. The bathrooms are spotless which is always an upsell.

The staff is racist. And they didn’t tell us at window that they don’t have hot chocolate and made us park at front. Then coming after 5 minutes to tell that they don’t have hot chocolate and we have to come inside to pay for another drink. And the attitude of that old lady with spectacles I tell you. My sister asked her if we can get latte instead she said “for gods sake”. We asked for the manager (her name was Breanne) and she was of course on her employees side. And this is not the first time it happened with me.So I won’t recommend anyone to go there. The way she treated me and my sister, we left rest of our order there and went to McDonald’s. At least they know what customer service is.

Terrible service. Rude employee. The website said open at 6am. We were dropped off at 610am to catch a bus at 7am, so we were looking forward to having our coffee and breakfast before the drive to Kelowna. It was pouring rain out and we were only wearing light clothing as we were on our way to the Kelowna airport to fly south. The door was locked so we went to the drive through window, only to be told very rudely that we cannot come in until 7am. But the web said open at 6am. Well there are cameras and she would get in trouble if we came in before 7 she said. Well can we just stand inside the entrance way out of the rain for an hour? She rudely stated I told you we open at 7! We were two freezing wet seniors by the time the bus came. Common sense and kindness are hard to find these days.

Had a great breakfast here as I was able to put together what I wanted in it without hassle and was still great value. As in all A+W, coffee was excellent and free refill. Place is very popular with locals both young and old not to mention happy and chatty staff. Staff member Lynn happily going about offering refills at the tables and conversing with the customers.

Ernesto on the counter is superb. He has good customer service skill and his service to our elderly is something all crew should immitate.

Very Rude employees, who doesn't have sense to talk and Fries were not fresh at all... won't recommend to anyone after having three terrible experiences in a row. No more A&W customer.

The food was not very fresh, The fries weren't even salted. Which is an a&w staple, their seasoning salt. Counter service was great. The restaurant was clean though I did not appreciate the lady cleaning and sweeping the floors while we were eating right by our table. There's a whole other section she could have done, but she had to be right by our table while we were eating.
